Presentations in oral abstract sessions
• You will be allotted five minutes for your oral presentation.
• The abstract sessions will be moderated and will consist of 8 five-minute presentations, followed by a 20-minute discussion at the end of each session.
• Please note that your presentation must strictly adhere to the five-minute time limit.
• Presenters are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation that includes the main messages of their work. We recommend that oral presentations have 5-7 slides, created using Microsoft PowerPoint (version 2003 or later) for Windows or Mac. Other slide software (i.e., Keynote) will not be accepted.
• Only in-person presentations will be accepted.

E-Posters
• Template: Please download the e-poster template here or by clicking the button below.
• File format: PDF file, maximum size 10MB
• Orientation and resolution: vertical orientation, aspect ratio 9:16
• Language: The e-poster must be prepared in English.
• Upload deadline: September 20, 2026
E-posters will be displayed electronically in a designated area at the venue.
